Primal WS24 acrylic dispersion resin is supplied in water and can be solubilized readily to combine the advantages of outstanding flow and pigment dispersion characteristic of solution polymers with some of the toughness of emulsion polymers.
The viscosity of Primal WS24 can be lowered by adding water-miscible alcohols such as isopropanol and ethanol, or increased with substances as ammonium hydroxide.
Can be used as medium for colors but it is most suitable for consolidation of frescoes, ceramics, stone and also paint layers of oil paintings, as well as for preparing substrates before applying acrylic colours. |
