Release Agent Mikon Blueskin PVA is a water-based product which is applied on the surface of moulds or parts to protect them against adhesion and agressive materials.

Even though it is water-based, the product dries quickly at room temperature and leaves a dry film, which can easily be peeled off and removed with water, if required.

For better visualization, Release Agent Mikon Blueskin PVA is colored blue, thereby allowing for for easy identification on the treated surface.

Application Fields:

Release Agent Mikon Blueskin PVA is used when processing polyurethanes and thermosets as well as polyester and epoxy resins.

Application:

Release Agent Mikon Blueskin PVA is applied undiluted on the cleaned surface of the part to be treated or the cleaned mould surface. It is recommended to spray the product to obtain the most homogenous application possible. However, you can also apply Release Agent Mikon Blueskin PVA with the help of a brush. After a short drying time, the production process can be started.
